Learn how to integrate Reapit Sales (Agentbox) with Realworks and create pre-populated forms using data from your CRM.

Reapit Sales is activated at an organisation level, note that form creation is initiated from within Realworks.

Integration Activation #

  1. Your agency admin must request a Client ID and API key from REIQ who will organise this with Reapit.
  2. REIQ provides Client ID and API key to agency.
  3. Armed with the credentials, open the Integration page within Realworks and click ‘Connect’ next to Reapit Sales.

4. Enter the Client ID and API key and click connect.

5. Reapit Sales will now show as connected on the integrations page.

Form Creation with Reapit Sales information #

1. Create a new form in Realworks

2. Select the address you are creating a form for and when you’ve validated the address it will display the search option from Reapit Sales. Check the box and click Next.

3. You will then be shown all the matching records for that address. It will show you:

a. Clients – Vendors

b. Counterparties – Purchasers

c. Agent assigned in Reapit Sales

d. Listing type – Sale

e. Status – Active, Pending, Inactive


If multiple records are shown, choose the relevant one using the checkbox and click ‘Next.’ Click ‘skip’ if you don’t want to use this record in your form.

4. That information from Reapit Sales will now be populated into the form including Vendor Details, Purchaser Details and Property Details.
