Principal User Management

Only Principal users can temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for non-principal users in their agency.

Disabling 2FA for Non-Principal Users#

  1. Navigate to the Users tab in the left sidebar.

  2. Double-Click the User profile from the users list.

Search for Non-Principal User from User page

  1. Uncheck the Two Factor setting within the Settings section.

  2. Click Save at the top right of the screen.

note

The user will now be able to login without 2FA, and will be prompted to reenable.
