DocuSign Date Format

DocuSign accounts purchased via Realworks are automatically set to the correct region and will display the Australian date format on signed forms.

If the date stamp on your signed document is formatted incorrectly, one of the signers may have their own DocuSign account which is set to display a different date format and/or is set to a different region.

Users can check and edit the date format of their DocuSign accounts by following the instructions in the DocuSign time and date user guide.

For accurate reporting, reference the certificate of completion for the date of signing for all parties.
