Remove team members

You have two options when removing a user:

  1. Delete from organisation entirely
  2. Remove from your Realworks subscription

User option 1 when someone leaves your business, option two is useful for keeping the option open to reactivate them (eg when you need to allocate their subscription seat to someone else temporarily).

Note that in both cases, all forms owned by that user will remain within Realworks under that user’s name and can be accessed by other users. Admins can reassign ownership if required.
