  1. Click the link in the email invite you would have received to reach this page, select ‘Sign Up’.

2. Create your password.

Password field is available on the Create an account screen.

3. Ensure it meets the criteria.

Password criteria list appears to confirm the password meets security requirements.

4. Select your multifactor authentication method (see here for detailed support). An authenticator app such as Google or Microsoft’s Authenticator apps, free from your phone’s app store, are recommended.

Authenticator app option is available to set up multifactor authentication.

5. If using an authenticator app, open it and scan the QR code. It will then provide you with a one time code to enter here.

One-time code field is available after scanning the authenticator app QR code.

6. Fill out your details.

User details form is available to enter personal and contact information.

7. Compete the form, agree to terms of use and privacy policy, and click ‘Next’.

Invite button is available after completing account details and accepting the terms.

8. Choose the team to join (if you’ve been invited to multiple, you can switch between them within the platform). Most people will be part of just one team.

Team selection screen is available for choosing which team to join.

9. All done, you’re in the platform and if your admin has added you to the subscription, you can jump straight into Realworks.

Account creation confirmation appears with an option to go to Realworks.

Now that your account has been set up you can jump into Realworks and get started. See Getting started in Realworks for your best first steps as a new user.
