Learn how to create private forms in Realworks and control who can view them. You can also make a private form public again when needed.
Forms marked as Private are visible only to the form creator, assigned agent and your organisation’s Admin users.

1. Private forms are only viewable by you and your Realworks admin(s).
You can turn any form private and then public again.
2. When creating a new form, use this toggle to set your new form as Private from the start.
3. You can also change this privacy of a form from the Form Options menu, both here and from the dashboard.
4. You will then see Private form chip in the details section of the form itself.
5. On the dashboard, this padlock signifies that the form is private.
6. Make the form public again from the Form options menu.
