Run an exit inspection

Record the condition of each item at the end of the tenancy. Realworks fills in the RTA14ad – Exit Condition Report from your inspection.

Open the inspection #

  1. Open the inspection from the Schedule tab. If it was scheduled in Realworks, pull down to refresh first.
  2. Check the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, then tap the arrow at the top right to continue.

Record each room #

  1. Tap a room, then tap an item.
  2. For Clean, Undamaged and Working, tap Y or N.
  3. Add a comment for anything that’s not right, and take photos as you go.

Good to know #

  • Some items you record separately in the app are combined into one row on the RTA14ad form, for example Doors/walls/ceiling.
  • Your photos are added to the form as the exit condition report photos, with the date and time on each one.
