  1. There are a number of ways to filter the dashboard view depending on your immediate needs.
All Forms dashboard shows search and filter options for finding forms quickly.

2. The most powerful is the universal search bar at the top of the dashboard to quickly locate a specific form by name or address.

3. Searching for ‘edmont’ brings up all forms that contain that string of letters in the title or address.

4. To see all forms within a particular category, you can use this sidebar to filter by category.

Sidebar category is selected to filter forms by type.

5. Filter forms by their current status by using the status chips along the top.

Status chips and filter fields are highlighted above the form list.

6. Here we’ve clicked on ‘Ready’ and so only those forms are displayed.

Ready status chip is selected, showing only forms ready for signing.

7. Use these filters to narrow down visible forms by last modified date, agent and person who created them.

Filter fields refine results by date, agent and creator.

8. Finally sort the list of forms by different criteria.
