All existing Realworks users and admins have been added to the new Realworks platform, all that is required is for you to activate your account.
The admin portal for Realworks in now called ‘My Agency Edge’ and its in My Agency Edge that you can activate your account, set up both your own profile and your oganisation’s, as well as manage your Realworks subscription.
You’ll receive and email from My Agency Edge asking you to activate your account. This page steps you through this quick process.

1. You should have received this email from My Agency Edge to activate your account. Click the green ‘Activate Account’ button to get started.
2. This page will open in your browser. Start by entering a new password.
3. Re-enter your new password or if it is highlighted in red, update it to meet the password requirements.
4. Click to log in and set up your multifactor authentication.
5. Log in with your credentials.
6. Multi-factor authentication (‘MFA’) is an important layer of security, helping protect sensitive client data and legal documents. This simple step significantly reduces risk, you have 4 MFA options, the first two are considered the most secure and reliable:
7. Option 1: Receive a push notification on your phone via the Auth0 Guardian App.
8. Download the Auth0 app on your phone, click continue to be walked through the steps, within 2 mins you’re all set up. Click here to open a new window with the download links.
9. Option 2: Get a unique code from any authenticator app. Click here to open a new window with the download links.
10. You’ll be shown a QR code, scan it in your preferred authenticator app (Google’s Authenticator and Microsoft’s Authenticator are widely used). Enter the one time code it provides.
11. Whichever MFA tool you choose will be your default, this can be changed at any time from within the platform.
12. Once MFA is set up, choose whether to use your computer’s security to help log in. We’ll skip this for now.
13. Review and accept the terms.
14. Welcome to My Agency Edge, the admin portal for Realworks; from here you can jump straight into Realworks (click ‘Launch’ on the Realworks panel) or set up a few things in the back end.
