Mutlifactor authentication (MFA) is an important layer of security. You can change both your MFA and password from within the platform, here you’ll learn how to update your security settings.

1. Open My Agency Edge by clicking your initials and selecting ‘Profile’.

2. Click “Manage security” to open a new window with your options.

3. Here you can reset your password. You’ll be sent an email with details how to proceed.
