Getting started with integrations

Realworks can be connected to the most popular external tools to assist with workflow efficiency and reduce risk of errors.

Note that the integration steps may differ to other platforms. For example, tokens are no longer generated within Realworks. View each integation page for specific steps on connecting your tools.

Each integration has its own help page to guide you through the set up process. If one of your tools is not yet integrated, get in contact with them direct and request they facilitate integration with Realworks.

The integrations page is accessible via the left menubar within Realworks, visit this page to see which integrations are already connected to your organisation’s Realworks platform.

Connected apps are shown at the top of the integrations page, including active status. Below that you can see which other apps are available but not yet connected.

Both Team Members and Admins can connect apps depending on the different requirements of the apps themselves. Some must be set up at an organisation level, others can be a user level.
