Vault RE

Set up the Vault RE integration to create Realworks forms from Vault RE and access completed PDFs from your filing cabinet.

Vault RE is activated at an individual user level, while form creation is initiated from Vault.

Integration Activation #

  1. On Vault RE dashboard, click on My Integrations and select Realworks New.

2. Click on connect button and then select your team. You may be asked to log into Realworks.

Creating a Form #

1. Select a property, and then click on Other > Realworks New.

2. Select your form from the list of categories and click on the open form button.

3. You will then see the form created in the Existing Forms Panel. Click on Open to open the form for editing in Realworks.

4. Once the form has been completed or electronically signed in Realworks, the completed PDF will be available in the Filing Cabinet section in Vault.
