  • Is there one account for each office or each user?

    Your organisation has an account to which multiple users can be invited by your organisation’s Admin. Once added, each user will receive an email prompting them to create their own individual account with unique login credentials to access the platform. 

    A user can be a member of multiple organisations (e.g. each office has a Realworks subscription and invites head office admins to each one).

  • As an admin preparing an agreement template for an agent, how do I select the specific agent’s details instead of automatically populating details when the document is created?

    Each time you use the template the platform will prompt you to select the specific agent you wish to use. For an agent to appear as an option, they must be a registered user on the same organisation account you are part of. Once selected, the agent’s information will automatically populate in the document. 

  • For instances where client phone numbers or emails are not used in documents shared between vendors and purchasers to maintain privacy and confidentiality, how will this be managed on the Realworks platform?

    Sensitive information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, can be left blank when you create the form. During the electronic signing workflow process, you can input these details within the platform so you can send the form to be signed, while the personal details will remain hidden from all signing parties. 

  • Is Docusign integrated with the platform?

    Yes, Docusign is integrated into the platform and can be used as the primary electronic signing solution. Livesign, an Australian electronic signature provider, is also built into the platform and can be accessed as part of a Realworks subscription.

  • How do I log out?

    To log out of Realworks, simply click your initials in the top right corner of any page, select profile and then when the new page opens, click the same initals to find the ‘log out’ option. Note: you will be automatically logged out after a certain amount of inactivity.

  • How do I add my signature?

    The ability to add your own signature to electronic signing blocks as standard is being built. You can use the Signature Stamping tool to add a simplified version of your signature to foms that don’t require any other signatures (see here for more information), and during a multi signature journey you can draw or upload your own signature (see here ).

  • What is My Agency Edge?

    My Agency Edge is the admin portal for Realworks, providing users the ability to manage users, profiles, subscriptions and settings. My Agency Edge is active in multiple States for different Forms products, please direct all queries regarding My Agency Edge direct to REIQ via ask@reiq.com.au

  • How can I request for an integration?

    If there is an integration with a 3rd party platform that you’d like to see added to Realworks, please engage with both the 3rd party platform and REIQ to flag your request. We welcome requests but can not make any commitments.

  • Once a document has been sent for signing, can the user see if the recipient has viewed the form?

    Yes, once the agreement is sent for signing, the user can track its status and see if the recipient has viewed the form within the platform. If you want to bump the signing request to the top of your client’s inbox, you can use the resend feature to send the same request again. See this help page for more inf ormation.

  • Can electronic signing be used for external, non Realworks document, on the platform?

    You can create custom signing blocks and send electronic signing requests for non standard Realworks forms by using a ‘cover page’ form and uploading your own annexures. Learn how here .

  • Can a finalised document be edited?

    Once the document has been sent for electronic signing, it cannot be edited. However, you can create a copy of the document and make any necessary changes to that version.

    If a document has not yet started the electronic signing process, you can revert it to draft and make edits.

  • How can we specify where the client is signing, including where to place signature boxes and initials?

    Realworks is designed to automatically identify where signatures are required in the document for all official Realworks forms. When sent for signing, the platform will automatically place each party’s signature in the appropriate locations based on their role in the agreement. Initials are not required for electronic signing.

  • Will all previously completed forms be merged into the new platform agency account?

    As the Realworks platform is a newly developed system, previous forms completed through the former vendor will not be automatically transferred to the new Realworks platform.

  • Will the templates we’ve already set up be transferred to the new Realworks platform, or will we need to create new ones?

    As the Realworks platform is a newly developed system, you will need to set up new templates. However, in the new Realworks platform, you won’t need to create a separate template for each agent. Instead, you can create a single template and select your preferred agent each time you use it. The selected agent’s information will then be automatically populated into the template.
