Mark an inspection complete

When you’ve finished on site, mark the inspection complete. Realworks fills in the form and attaches the photos.

Mark it complete #

  1. Tap the Sync tab at the bottom of the screen. It lists your inspections that are ready to send to Realworks.
  2. Touch and hold the inspection to select it.
  3. Tap Mark complete, then tap Complete to confirm.

What happens next #

  • The inspection is locked and read-only in the app. It shows a padlock and moves to the Completed filter on the Schedule tab.
  • Realworks fills in the form, usually within a minute or two. See Review and finish the form in Realworks.
