Start an entry, exit or routine inspection straight from Inspect. The matching draft form is created in Realworks at the same time.
Start a new inspection #
- On the Schedule tab, tap +.
- Choose the inspection type: Routine, Entry or Exit. Then tap Continue.
- Search for the property address and choose it from the list. The suburb, state and postcode fill in for you. To type it yourself, tap Enter address manually.
4. Tap Continue, then set the date and time.
5. Tap Continue, then set the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If they’re filled in from property records, check they’re up to date.
6. Tap Create inspection. Inspect builds the room list from the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Good to know #
- When you create an entry or exit inspection in the app, the draft RTA1ad or RTA14ad form is created in Realworks at the same time.
- You can add or remove rooms later. See Add or remove rooms and items.
