Your First AML integration is activated at an organisation (not individiual) level. Admins must obtain their First AML Client ID and Password from First AML directly.
How to Activate in Realworks #
Navigate to Realworks > Integrations and click on the Connect button for First AML. In the dialogue box enter your First AML Client ID and Password and click on connect.
The integration will now show as connected:
Using the First AML integration within Realworks #
Create any of the below forms:
- EF019A
- EF001A
- EF033
- EF051a
- EF005a
- EF002
Depending on the form, enter your clients details into the form and click on the First AML tab on the right side, then click Create Case.
The form will be prefilled with the information populated in the form. Once you have validated the information provided, click on the submit button.
Your First AML case will be created and will be opened up in a new browser window.
The FirstAML panel in Realworks will be updated to show the AML reference and a direct link to the case for future reference.
