Step by Step Guide #

  1. There are 7 statuses to help streamline workflow management.

These statuses ensure compliance with electronic signing requirements and provide an easy way to track progress.
All Forms list shows form statuses used to track progress and signing requirements.

2. Each form’s current status is shown by the coloured status chip in this column.

Status chip is selected, showing the available form status options.

3. The status chip is also shown on the form overview page.

Draft status appears beside a newly created form in the editor.

4. All new forms start with the Draft status.

5. Once a form has been filled and is ready for signing you can move it to ‘Ready for Signing’ which updates the status chip to ‘Ready’.

6. Once you have started the electronic signing process, the chip changes to ‘Electronic’.

7. Alternatively, if you choose to sign offline, the status changes to ‘Offline’.

8. Once electronic signing has completed OR if you have marked offline signing as complete, the status will change to ‘Complete’.

9. Finally, voided forms do not appear in the dashboard but can shown by clicking the ‘Voided’ chip.

Voided status is selected to display forms that are no longer active.

10. Once a form has started the signing process it can only be voided (not deleted) so that records are not lost.

These forms appear with the ‘Voided’ status chip.

Voided status filter shows deleted forms while retaining records.
