Learn how to connect your existing or new DocuSign account to Realworks and enable electronic signing for your forms.
Docusign is activated for each individual user, it can not be done org wide.
Realworks users may connect Docusign in the following scenarios:
- Migration of their existing Docusign subscription with Realworks to the new Realworks environment.
- When they subscribe to a Realworks subscription that includes Docusign
- When they bring their own externally purchased Docusign license.
To activate in Realworks:
- Open the integration page from the left panel.
2. Click on the connect button to open up the Docusign login screen.
3. Enter your email and password in the Docusign login screen.
4. Your Docusign integration is now activated for Realworks, you’ll see Docusign in the ‘Connected apps’ section with ‘Connected’ as a status.
