Sign In Person

Learn how to quickly accept signatories on any Realworks form in person (“on glass”). This can be done in conjunction to electronic signing if required.

Step by Step Guide #

  1. Start by clicking the form options button (⋮).

2. Select ‘Ready for signing’.

3. Confirm.

4. Initiate the electronic signing process by choosing the Electronic signing option.

5. Below each signatory is the ‘Sign in person’ toggle which switches signing from an emailed link to a button that opens a signing window when clicked. We’ll toggle all to ‘Sign in Person’.

6. Don’t forget to add email addresses here if you wish the ‘in person’ signatories to receive a digital copy of the fully executed contract.

7. Click Review.

Save button clicked, confirming the signer details for in-person signing.

8. Check the signatory names, you’ll see ‘Sign in Person’ is now marked ‘Yes’.

9. Once checked, the contract is ready for signing.

10. The Electronic Signatures section now shows each signatory as signing ‘In Person.’

11. Click the button next to a signatory and select ‘Sign in person’ to initiate signing.

12. A new window will pop up with the contract in the digital signing platform you are using. This example uses Livesign. Click ‘Get Started’ to begin.

13. Advance to the signature block by clicking ‘NEXT’.

14. Select the green ‘Click to Sign’ box.

15. Choose a preferred signature style or click the link ‘create your own’ to let the signature draw their own signature.

16. Confirm your choice.

17. Click ‘DONE’ to complete this signature and timestamp signing.

Finalise button clicked, preparing to submit the signed document.

18. Move to the next signature block or end of form by selecting ‘NEXT’.

19. Signing is complete.

20. Click ‘Refresh’.

21. The panel now shows that the Agent has Signed. Repeat the same process with the other signatories and when complete, the document will be fully executed.
