Offline Signatures

Learn how to make any form ready for offline signing, where the contract may be emailed or printed to the signatory.

Note: this is distinct to sign in person which makes it possible to have the signatory ‘sign on glass.’

Step by Step Guide #

  1. Once a form is ready to be signed offline, click the form options (⋮) button.

2. Select ‘Ready for signing’.

3. Confirm.

4. Status is now ‘Ready’ so you can select your prefered signing method. Click the form options menu again (⋮).

5. Choose ‘Offline signatures’.

6. The form’s status is now showing ‘Offline’.

7. Click to download a PDF of the form which you can then print or email to progress signing.

8. Once the contract has been fully executed, click the form options button.

9. Select ‘Mark as complete’ to tell the platform this contract has been finalised offline.

10. This changes the status from ‘Offline’ to ‘Completed’ to close off the contract in the system.
