Learn how to request additional information from a specific external recipient who can then add it straight to the form itself, saving time and reducing risk of error.

- Click the options menu (⋮).

2. Select ‘Request info’.

3. Select the recipient role and, if their details aren’t already in the form, add them here. Name and email address are required, you can add a message to your request to help them understand its nature.

4. Click ‘Send now’ to complete the request.

5. The recipient will recieve an email with a link to provide the information. This is the process they’ll go through.

6. The form fields of relevance to that role will be editable, all other fields wil be locked.

7. We’ve filled out some simple contact details as the recipient.

8. They click ‘Save Form’ to complete the request.

9. We’ll jump back into the platform and refresh the browser.

10. The ‘Request for Information Details’ panel, on the right side of the Form Overview page, shows the timestamps and progress of any request activity.

11. Here we can see that the details have been added to the form. You’ll also receive an email notifying you of the request completion.
