Record the condition of each item, room by room, with comments and photos. Realworks fills in the RTA1ad – Entry Condition Report from your inspection.
Record each room #
- Open the inspection from the Schedule tab, then tap a room.
- The room lists the items from the condition report, such as doors, walls and ceiling, windows, light fittings and floor coverings.
3. Tap an item. For Clean, Undamaged and Working, tap Y or N.
4. Where something isn’t right, tap N and add a comment to describe it.
5. Add photos as you go. Tap + next to Photos. See Add and manage photos.
6. Tap back to return to the room. Each item shows its answers, and the room shows its progress, for example 11/15.
When you’ve finished #
- When every room is done, mark the inspection complete. See Mark an inspection complete.
- Entry inspections include an optional 3D property scan.
