Connect your Realworks account to REI Cloud to access and generate Realworks forms directly from REI Cloud.
Connect Realworks #
- In REI Cloud, go to Settings > Integrations > Forms > Realworks.
2. Select Login.You will be redirected to the My Agency Edge page.
3. Select Continue and enter your password when prompted.
4. Once successfully connected, return to Settings > Integrations > Forms > Realworks. Realworks will display as Connected via OAuth.
Disconnect Realworks #
To disconnect your Realworks account:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Forms > Realworks.
2. Select the option to disconnect Realworks.
You can reconnect your account at any time by following the connection steps above.
Generate a Realworks form #
Once Realworks is connected, you can generate forms using information from records in REI Cloud.
The following example shows how to generate a form for a tenant.
Generate a form for a tenant #
- From the left-hand menu, select Tenants.
- Select the tenant record you want to use.
- Select Form to Tenant.
4. The Forms window will open.You can search for a specific form or use the available filters to narrow the results.
5. For example, filter the forms by Residential Tenancy Authority.
6. Select the required form, such as Bond Lodgement.
7. The selected form will open in Realworks, ready for you to continue completing the form.
