You can finalise a form to prepare it for use and collect signatures, which in Realworks is now called ‘Ready for signing.’
Select ‘Ready for signing,’ found on the form options menu (⋮), which changes the status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Ready.’ Learn more about form statuses here.
By making a form ‘Ready for signing’ it can no longer be edited, and the ‘DRAFT’ watermark is removed.
If no signatures have been collected, the form can still be reverted back to ‘Draft’ status and edited further.
If signatures have been received, you can void the form, then duplicate it by selecting ‘Make a copy’ and edit the copy.
