PropertyMe

Learn how to connect PropertyMe to Realworks and generate forms directly from your PropertyMe portfolio.

PropertyMe is activated at an organisation level. Once activated, all users within the Realworks organisation will have it available.

Form creation is initiated from PropertyMe.

Integration Activation #

  1. If currently connected, disconnect the previous FormsLive integration as per this support page: Log Out And Disconnect The Forms Live Integration

2. Navigate to the Integrations page in Realworks (on the left menu bar)

3. Click on the PropertyMe connect button:

3. Click on the connect button on the information screen

4. Log into PropertyMe using your username and password and select the portfolio that you want to connect to Realworks.

5. Integration is now activated.

6. Once the new Realworks Forms is connected, you can then update any existing message templates to use the new Realworks form, follow this page for instructions: Update Forms Message Templates To Use New Forms Provider.

Creating a Form #

1. Navigate to a property you would like to create a form for and select the Folio, as per below.

2. Click on the drop down list and select a form.

3. Click on Generate Editable Link to request the form.

4. A notification will appear when the form is ready to edit (this can take around 10 seconds).

5. Click on the form to launch the form for editing.

6. The form will be opened in Realworks and user can progress the workflow as usual.

7. On completion / execution of the form, the completed PDF will be saved in PropertyMe.
