While existing forms users will be familiar with the layout and workflows in Realworks, you might not have set things up in a while. So here’s a quick overview of a few things to get done first up. Note: your admin may have already set up some or all of these things for you.
Add your agency logo #
Starting in the Realworks dashboard by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the screen. Select Profile to access the My Agency Edge portal where all user and account admin happens. Click on Organisation and scroll down to the Logo section. Upload your logo and it’ll automatically be included on your forms.
Connect your apps #
Realworks connects with a number of Australia’s top reak estate solutions to enable strong workflow efficiences. Click on the left side bar menu item Integrations to get started, you’ll need some specific credentials from your CRM provider. Learn more on the integrations page.
Create a template #
Templates are the easiest way to save time across your agency by providing forms prefilled with standard information. Your agent and agency details will automationally be prefilled already, templates let you go further and standardise any area of a form. You can even add PDFs.
Click the Create Template button in the top right of the dashboard, select the form and edit it as required. Once saved, it’ll be available whenever you start a new form. Learn more about templates here.
Set up some SnipTexts #
SnipTexts are reusable strings of text that can be quickly copied and pasted into any form, saving you the effort of typing them out each time. You’ll find the Sniptext link on the left menubar of the dashboard to get started, learn more here.
Take a look around #
The dashboard is your starting point for everything forms related. Here you can create a new form, see all the forms currently in your organisation, filter them by status and search by name or address. Take a look at the dashboard walkthrough here.
Start your first form #
Jump in and start a form to see the process. Click the New Form button on the top left of the dashboard, select a form and follow the prompts. Learn more here.
