Learn how to navigate the dashboard, use filters to quickly find property sales forms by completion status, assigned agent, or creator.
The Realworks dashboard is the central access point for all your forms and has many options for filtering the forms shown, along with performing key actions to your forms.

Step by Step Guide #
- The dashboard is where you’ll start each time you log in.
It provides quick access to form information.

2. Individual forms are displayed in this table, one form per row.
Click on a form name to view and edit the form.

3. All forms have a current Status showing its progress in the workflow.

4. This paperclip signals the form has annexures or files attached. Hover over to see how many.

5. Access a the form options menu to perform tasks like sharing, renaming, or duplicating a form.

6. The search bar provides quick access to any form in the platform.
Search by form name, street, suburb, postcode.

7. By default, All forms are shown.
See forms of a specific category by clicking on the category name here. We’ll select Property Sales.

8. Now only forms from the Property Sales category are displayed.
Use these additional filters to drill down by other criteria.
You can also sort the results by different criteria.

9. We only want to see Completed forms, so we’ll click on the relevant status chip.

10. Only those forms with a status of Completed are now displayed.
