Create a draft form 

Forms can be created using a blank form or using a template that someone in your agency has created and saved..

Here we’ll create a new form from scratch, please note that your agent and agency details will be automatically populated into new forms based on your profile (which you can update here).

Step by Step Guide #

  1. Start by clicking ‘Create Form’ in the top left corner.

2. This is the starting point for any form, whether you are using a blank form or an agency template.

3. You can choose to narrow down options by selecting a category from this dropdown.

4. Click on the form selection dropdown to pick your form from those available or type the form name.

5. We typed “form 6” and all available forms with that phrase in the name are shown. Here we’ll click on the PO Form 6.

6. Click here to make this form private, which makes it visible to only you and your forms admin(s). This can also be done and undone later.

7. Click ‘Next’ to proceed.

8. Type the property address here.

9. The system will check the address and display a green tick if verified.

You can choose to use an address that is not verified.

10. If you have integrations active, you might have this option search your CRM for that address and prefill some of the form’s data.

11. Click ‘Next’ to proceed.

12. Choose the relevant agent and click ‘next’.

13. Here you can name your form or leave it as the address. Click Create form to proceed.

14. You are taken straight into the edit form screen. All form fields in light blue are editable.

15. Click Save Form to store all the details you have entered and leave the edit screen.

16. This is the Form Overview page which provides access to key information and form options. The form is showing as in ‘Draft’ status.
