Learn how to connect Reapit PM to Realworks and create pre-populated forms using property and tenancy data.
Reapit PM is activated at an organisation level and form creation is initiated from Realworks.
Integration Activation #
1. Log into Reapit PM and go to the marketplace on the left menu
2. Click into the Realworks integration
3. Click on the “ADD TO REAPIT PM” button
4. Select the Existing client or new client option
6. Proceed to Realworks and click on the integration option on the left menu and then click on the connect button for ReapitPM
7. Past your API key into the API key field and click connect
8. Reapit PM will now show as a connected integration
Form Creation #
7. Create a new form in Realworks
8. Select the address you are creating a form for and when you’ve validated the address it will display the search option from Reapit PM. Click on the search option to search Reapit PM for matching records and click Next.
9. You will then be shown all the matching records for that address. It will show you:
a. Clients – Landlords
b. Counterparties – Tenants
c. Agent assigned in Reapit PM
d. Listing type – Lease
e. Status – Active if there is an active lease, or inactive if there is no active lease)
Click the checkbox to select the record to use in your form and click Next. Click skip if you don’t want to use this record in your form.
11. Information from Reapit PM will now be populated into the form including tenant details, rent amounts, bond and more.
