Learn how to connect Reapit PM to Realworks and create pre-populated forms using property and tenancy data.
Reapit PM is activated at an organisation level and form creation is initiated from Realworks.
Integration Activation #
1. Log into Reapit PM and go to the marketplace on the left menu
2. Click into the Realworks integration
3. Click on the “ADD TO REAPIT PM” button
4. Select the Existing client or new client option
6. Proceed to Realworks and click on the integration option on the left menu and then click on the connect button for ReapitPM
7. Paste your API key into the API key field and click connect
8. Reapit PM will now show as a connected integration
Form Creation #
1. Create a new form in Realworks, either from scratch or by using a Template.
If you have Reapit PM integrated, it will automatically check the box to “Search against Reapit PM data for matching records”. With this box checked, the address search will only match to addresses in your Reapit PM database.
If you want to create a form for a new address that is not in Reapit then uncheck this box.
2. Select the address of your Property. As you type it will show all matching records in Reapit PM. Select the address you are creating a form for and click next.
3. You will then be shown all the matching records for that address. It will show you:
- Clients – Landlords
- Counterparties – Tenants
- Agent assigned in Reapit PM
- Listing type – Lease
- Status – Active if there is an active lease, or inactive if there is no active lease
- Contact Type – This will allow you select the parties you want to create a form for:
- Current – The current Landlord and Tenants
- Future – Future Landlord and Tenants
- Past – Past Landlord and Tenants
Click the checkbox to populate this record from Reapit PM into your form and click Next. Click skip if you don’t want to use this record in your form.
4. Click the Create Form button
5. Information from Reapit PM will now be populated into the form including tenant details, rent amounts, bond and more.
