Quickly reset a lost or forgotten password by having an email sent to your registered email address with a link to log in and set a new password.
Go to forms.realworks.com.au as you normally would and enter your email address. For agents that use multiple email addresses, please ensure this is the email address connected to your Realworks account.

When you are asked for your password, look for the ‘Forgot Password’ link as per below:

You’ll be asked to confirm your password, again, ensure it is the one connected to your Realworks account. Hit continue.

The system will confirm that an email has been sent to the email address. Give it up to five minutes. If it does not arrive, please check any spam folders before clicking ‘Resend email.’

You will receive an email from My Agency Edge acknowledging your password change request. To proceed, click the blue ‘click here’ link which will open a new web page in your browser.

You’ll be asked to use the multi-factor authentication that is set up for Realworks (eg Auth0 app, Authenticator app or SMS). In this case we have an authenticator app set up which provides a one-time code:

Now that you have proved via both email and MFA that you are the owner of this account, you can enter your new password:

You have now successfully updated your password and can log in to Realworks as usual.
